Thandi Dyani
Thandi Dyani (she|her) is an Independent Consultant and Equity Diversity & Belonging advisor, as well as external Network Organizer for Africa Region & the Nordics with the BMW Foundation working with Leaders to inspire responsible leadership and catalyze change aligned with the SDGs.
She is fiercely passionate advocate for gender and racial equity and works with different organizations to foster justice, equity, diversity and belonging. Thandi co-initiated The UnLearning Journey for racial equity platform for reflection, awareness, training, leadership transformation and deep listening for a more just future, The Gender Alliance to accelerate gender equity as well as the new format Nordic Denial podcast delving into life as a WOC in the Nordics. She sits on several boards in the Nordics and in Africa.
Thandi is Danish South African and splits her time and work between the Nordics and Sub- Saharan Africa

Öngün Eryılmaz (she|her) is an impact-driven strategist, diversity management professional, and organizational development consultant. Her work centers on empowering leaders to create inclusive work environments where every individual can thrive. She has been designing, managing, and leading processes that drive positive change and accelerate diversity.
Her approach is rooted in collaboration and empowerment ensuring leaders are equipped to inspire and enable their team to reach their full potential. She loves to guide teams through the complexities of today's dynamic workplace, helping them build orientation and navigate challenges with confidence.
